Singapore is not, as yet, WORLD CLASS. You see, to be world class, Singapore needs to emulate everything about developed countries. And what better country to emulate than our closest White neighbour, Australia. Here are some things that Singapore could introduce to make it world class. Drugs. Drugs should be easily available everywhere, especially in the public housing areas. Crime. Crime should be accepted as being part of life. Why do Singaporeans call the police when they become the victims of crime? They should simply smile and move on with their lives Laziness. Singaporeans should adopt the attitude of wanting something for nothing Incompetency. Singaporeans should take less pride in their work Inefficiency. Singaporeans should not be so uptight about providing goods and services in the quickest possible time. Reverse Meritocracy. As it is, Singapore is based on meritocracy. The person who works the hardest and is the most talented will obtain the most benefits from society. That shouldn’t be the way. The bottommost level of society should be given the most benefits. In Australia, high income earners have much less benefits than Aboriginals and junkies. Why not have the same arrangement in Singapore as well?
